I sit before you a very lucky man. And I have to tell you, I am so thankful for everything I have and the opportunities that I have been given. I am healthy, young, strong-willed and ready. These are gifts. Gifts that shouldn’t ever be overlooked.

I took some time to settle into downtown Los Angeles, a whole new world in itself. My work, this place, the people, the smells….are all new. That list goes on endlessly really. How you look is a reflection of what you eat! In order to stay healthy and maintain your skin radiant, it is important to eat healthy. Cooking at home is the best way to go. Not only does it save you money but it also helps keeping you in shape! This delicious recipe is made in no time.

Here are the ingredients you will need:

  • sweet mashed potatoes
  • boneless chicken breast
  • red wine
  • garlic and herb marinade
  • knorr chicken bouillon
  • butter
  • half and half
  • broccoli, onions, and carrots
  • parsley

Once you have the ingredients necessary here are the few simple steps you have to follow:

 Chicken 

  1. preheat oven at 350 F
  2. prepare the marinade for the chicken: mix red wine with the garlic & herb marinade and 1 cube of knorr chicken bouillon
  3. wash and pit the chicken
  4. marinade the chicken for 15-45 minutes
